Private farm.  We have made great efforts to preserve the flora and fauna. We cut only what is necessary so most of the farm is forested. This has enabled us to retain soil moisture and plentiful well water (we draw 2000 liters per day) even in the longest dry season. We have planted about 30 varieties of fruit. We have planted and registered more than 200 ipil trees, some mahogany, a few dozen iron wood and approximately 300 paper tree planted. The trees are registered and legal to harvest as a valuable cash crop but not for many and several years respectively. Animals possible to convey. Piggery currently at 13 mature sow level, expanding to 24.  Currently gemerating about 3.3 million pesos gross annual, profit is 35%. There is a fenced in area of +-3 Ha (hog wire and barb with concreted concrete post at 3 meter interval.).

Of note.

We have zoning permission from PCSD in puerto to set up a 3000 head chicken broiler house. That took a year to procure.

We have documents for the harvesting of bonded lumber trees.

SMART signal is good on the property. Globe is present but not as strong.

Palawan experiences many typhoons every year. However, Aborlan and the property are generally outside of typhoon tracks. In 13 years, we have received rain bands and torrential rains, but never typhoon strength winds and only minor damage. The coconut plantations of Aborlan are free of storm damage and areas of blow-down, unlike areas to the north. The property is also elevated approximately 20 feet above sea level, giving some protection from storm surge in case of an extreme weather event.
